Villa 36 is a beautifully renovated two-level villa with panoramic Moreton Bay views to Redcliffe and Brisbane. Enjoy sunrise coffees and sunset drinks from two private balconies. Features include air-conditioning throughout, a fully self-contained kitchen, smart TVs, washer/dryer, Bluetooth speaker, and accommodation for up to 6 guests. Relax in the private courtyard, outdoor shower area, and enjoy shared BBQ facilities just steps away.
The light-filled open-plan living and dining area opens onto the deck, which is perfectly setup for outdoor dining, with a convenient additional toilet in the downstairs area.
Upstairs you have 2+ bedrooms and a bathroom, with a gorgeous private balcony off the master bedroom.
Accommodations up to 6 guests.

The property has a starter pack which contains a limited quantity of commonly used items (soaps, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, tea, toilet paper, etc). As this property is self-catering, you should bring all toiletries and kitchen consumables based on your usage and length of stay, particularly toilet paper.
This property features a L'OR coffee machine for your convenience. We provide 4 to 6 complimentary coffee pods to help you get started. If you anticipate needing more during your stay, please bring additional pods with you.
Unfortunately, dolphin feeding packages are not available with this property. You can watch the feeding from the jetty each evening.
