ABOUT THE SUITE
Enjoy a bright, cozy private walkout suite in Cochrane’s Sunset Ridge. With a separate entrance, queen bedroom, private bathroom, living area, kitchenette, and in-suite laundry, it’s a comfortable base for a local visit, business trip, or mountain getaway.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Private bedroom with one queen bed
• Most comfortable for 2 guests; maximum occupancy of 3
• Folding single bed available with advance notice; fees apply as outlined below
• Complimentary portable crib upon request
KITCHENETTE
Designed for light meals, snacks, and reheating:
• Fridge and microwave
• Toaster, kettle, and coffee maker
• Drinking water, coffee, and tea provided
• No indoor stovetop or oven
• Ice maker available upon request
Portable burners must not be used indoors. An outdoor BBQ grill and side burner are available on the patio.
BATHROOM & LAUNDRY
• Private bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper
• Private in-suite washer and dryer
• Complimentary starter laundry detergent
OUTDOOR SPACE & PARKING
• Patio with a BBQ grill and side burner
• Backyard access
• Free parking on the left side of the driveway
LOCATION
A 5-minute walk takes you to a convenience store, gas station, bakery, and pub. A scenic lake and playground are approximately a 10-minute walk away.
Enjoy convenient access to Calgary, Cochrane, and the Rockies.
GUEST ACCESS & SELF CHECK-IN
The entire suite is exclusively yours, except for the locked utility room.
The separate outdoor entrance is reached via exterior steps and a gravel pathway. Please review the entrance photos before booking.
Your keypad code and arrival instructions will be sent before your stay.
THINGS TO KNOW
Our family lives upstairs, including young children, so you may hear everyday household sounds. We do our best to keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
EXTRA BED & THIRD GUEST
• The base rate covers 2 guests sharing one queen bed.
• For 2 registered guests who prefer separate beds, the folding single bed is an additional CAD $30 per night.
• A third guest is an additional CAD $30 per night, including the folding single bed. No separate bed fee applies.
Please request the folding bed by 12 PM (noon) on check-in day. Any required booking or payment adjustment must be completed before the bed is prepared.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: from 4 PM
• Check-out: by 11 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for CAD $10 per hour. Please arrange in advance.
