The Space:
The Space - a private condominium on the 3rd floor. Elevator access, parking for one vehicle. No need to purchase parking downtown as the condominium offers a staircase that takes you straight to the middle of the Downtown strip.. within walking distance to the Convention Center, Ole' Smoky Moonshine, Shamrocks Pub, and more.
Living Room - ( Everything is brand new. First time ever as a short term rental. )
Couch, Barrel Chair, Bar Top Table with 2 barstools, Coffee Table (folds up into a desk), games, libary, indoor gas fireplace, 40 inch flat screen t.v. OED, high speed Charter wifi and cable, coat rack with umbrella and walking sticks. . Front door (personal door code given for each guest reservation prior to check in)
Casino table and Nintendo- featuring roulette, craps, and blackjack.
Kitchen- Compact but mighty! Retro Mini Fridge/Freezer (plenty of space for freezer and refrigerated items) , Air Fryer, 2 burner stove top, sink, Keurig,, 12 cup coffee maker, Touch screen toaster, Retro microwave, wine opener, cocktail bar accessories, cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishware, wine glasses, stocked coffee bar with k cups, creamer, and sugar.
King Suite - King size bed with charging station on the headboard, lighting, entertainment center with 40 inch OED flat screen t.v., Nintendo game system with classic games, lighting, closet with hangers, dresser, iron, ironing board, hair dryer
Bathroom - shower/tub combo, sink, shelf, spa welcome goodies including mud mask, eye mask, lip balm, lotion, face masks (just for a spa at home experience), shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, towel warmer, towels, linens, pillows, cozy throw blankets, and reading materials.
Private Balcony - overlooks part of Downtown Gatlinburg, and heated resort pool (open May through September (sometimes into October),
Laundry Center is on ground floor and coin operated. Stairwell leading to Downtown is on ground floor.
Quiet time in the condominium is from 9pm to 9am.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to their private unit, communal pool, stairwell leading to downtown only for condominium guests, free parking for one vehicle, luggage carts, and guest laundry area (coin operated.)
Guests will receive door code prior to arrival along with address.
Guest receives ONE complimentary ticket DAILY to Dollywood, Anakeesta, Ripley's Aquarium, Titanic, Alcatraz Museum, Dolly's Stampede and Dinner Show, Pirates Voyage and Dinner Show, Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show, Comedy Barn, Lumberjack Feud, Five Oaks Zipline and Adventure Park, Wonderworks, Country Tonite, Splash Country, Big Creek Expedition White Water Rafting Upper and Lower Rivers, Dig'n'Zone Amusement Park, Hollywood Wax Museum. Additional guest tickets will need to be purchased and can be done through the Xplorie link sent or through the attraction website.
This is not a timeshare nor is attending any meetings required. This is just a complimentary ticket to each attraction for booking with us. Up to $1100 in value daily.
Guests also receive a 1 hour gift certificate to Hot Springs Resort & Mineral Spa in Hot Springs, North Carolina.
Good for up to 2 adults during daytime hours. Gift certificate only valid during your stay and must be booked in advance. Walk ins will not be accepted. Travel to and from not provided.
The Neighborhood:
Downtown Gatlinburg, 2 minutes from the entrance to Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, Gatlinburg Convention Center, Bubba Gumps, The Space Needle, Sky Lift, and Ole Smoky Moonshine.
5 minutes to National Park Entrance.
10 minute walking distance to Anakeesta, Ole Reds
15 minutes to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Dinner Shows, and Dolly Stampede.
Getting Around:
Walk anywhere on the Downtown Strip as it is easily accesible from the condominiums staircase that goes directly to it.
Trolley Stop is just a few blocks away and runs daily for free.
Free Parking for one guest vehicle during reservation only.
Bear Paw Taxi is a great local option and Uber runs everywhere as well.
Other Things to Note:
This condo is taken care of by a professional 5 star cleaning company, maintained monthly by excellent pest control and maintenance teams. We value your stay, cleanliness, and an exceptional experience. You are in the mountains and with that comes, mountain like conditions. We are known for our black bears in this area, so please be mindful of leaving trash or food in your vehicle. Lock your vehicle doors as bears do like to open them and get in them. The exterior of the condiminium does have security cameras. No cameras inside of the unit.
Smoking and pets are not permitted and please do not smoke from the balcony. The breeze carries the smoke into other units. There are several smoking sections outside of the building near the parking lot.
Drinking is permitted in pool area but no glass please. Please be respectful of your neighbors and surroundings. Make this a place where everyone can have a great time.
Please return any towels taken to the pool back to the condo as they are provided by the owner, not the complex.
