For longer stays or larger groups, you may want to grab a few extras. Whaley's Country Store is about 6–7 minutes away. If you run short or can't find something, just message us — we're always happy to help!

Our cabin is tucked away in the peaceful Smoky Cove Resort community in Sevierville, offering a quiet mountain setting while still being close to the area’s top attractions. You’re a short drive from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, with plenty of hiking, dining, shopping, and entertainment nearby. It’s the perfect home base for a relaxing mountain getaway or an adventure-filled trip!

Our cabin is conveniently located in Smoky Cove Resort, just a short drive from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. A car is recommended for getting around, and free parking is available at the cabin.

The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Please note that the driveway is steep, so use caution, especially during rainy or icy weather.
Popular attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, and other essentials are all within a convenient drive from the cabin.

GENERAL RULES
- There is a $250 Pet Fee for up to (2) pets (cats or dogs under 70 lbs)
- Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted
- Large gatherings or events exceeding occupancy must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees

Community Pool
- Guests have access to the shared outdoor community pool located at the entrance of Smoky Cove Resort, which is managed by the HOA. The pool is seasonal, typically open May through September, with hours generally 10 AM–10 PM. Pool dates and hours may vary based on weather and HOA operations.

MID-STAY CLEANING
- We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability

HOT TUB GUIDELINES
- Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
- Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally

TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY
- Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
- Please limit your trash to 6 bags
- Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears

TRASH PICKUP & FEES
- Guests are allowed 6 bags of trash per stay for free. It’s no problem if you have extra bags! However, please note there may be a $50 excess trash fee.

BOOKING DETAILS
- Changes to reservations are not accepted after 24 hours of booking
- Guests must be 25+ years old to book
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
