- Security Requirement: Up to 50 guests: 4 guards | 51 to 75 guests: 6 guards | 76 to 100 guests: 8 guards. The first security guard is complimentary, and each additional guard is USD $150.
- Cleaning/Damage Deposit: USD $1,000, charged if the venue is not returned to its original condition after the event.
- Additional Electricity Fee: USD $300 or more may apply if the guest count exceeds the agreed capacity or if high-powered event equipment is used.
- Additional event fees and requirements may apply.

- Dunn`s River Falls & Park – approximately 6 minutes by car (about 4 km)

- Mammee Bay Beach – approximately 3 minutes by car or 20 to 25 minutes on foot
- Island Village Shopping Centre – approximately 12 minutes by car

Only 5 people can visit from 12 Noon to 8pm
No smoking in the villa in any area
No glass products around the pool or hot tub area only paper products or plastic.
We also need pictures of all IDs front and back of the people staying and and of all the guests required for entry. Entry will not be permitted without this. No refund can be given for failure to complete this rule requirement.
Anyone who is found in the villa before or after these hrs will come at a cost of 250 USD per a person above your booking # for each day.
