About this house rental
The Luxe Grand Villa is new to the market launching in May 2020. The villa features 6 bedrooms and 6 and a half bathrooms, inclusive of 2 master bedrooms. The property is built with an open concept to maximize on the beautiful natural features outside, such as the Caribbean Sea. The home is decorated with a modern, luxurious feel. Each room in the house has doors that open up to spectacular ocean views. The property features a pool table and a completely private beach, with paddle boards and kayaks.
The house comes fully staffed with a chef, su-chef, housekeeper and 2 butlers. All staff members eagerly await your arrival so they are able to do their best to make this one of your best vacations. We also have a concierge who will be in-touch before and during your stay to assist you with planning your trip or anything you may need.
The beach is white sand beach, with lounge chairs, a gentle sandy slope ideal for families. Outdoor gathering spaces on the pool deck. Wrap around balcony upstairs. The master bathrooms are impeccably decorated clean lines, white and gold modern tiles and indoor/outdoor soaking tubs. The entry of the home features a massive one of a kind 20ft door that is bound to make you feel welcomed.

Our stay at Luxe Grand Villa was perfection. The house was amazing, and we were able to relax and enjoy the pool and beach every second of our stay. What really made the stay perfect was the staff. Everyone from Chef Ken, BJ, Michelle and Samantha made this an unforgettable stay and we’re already planning our return. If you’ve come across this listing, look no further. Host communication was absolutely stellar. The concierge was in contact before and during stay and was absolutely fantastic. The outdoor area, pool and view was open and inviting. The chef, Kenroy, made the stay! His meals were the glue that made memories stick for our stay. The meal presentations and tastes were lifetime memories. We would go back simply for the food prep, personality and personalized attention from the chef! Some opportunities for improvement:- Pool was too cold to enter. I think they had just filled it and it had not heated up yet - The traffic and city sounds are no joke!! The first night there was a city party with loud music on top of the street sounds that was like sleeping in a concert. - Butler was pleasant but we made our own drinks and was self service during our stay. Maybe it was our fault but we were thinking that there was going to be drink service.
