Golden Light Cove is located inside the private, gated Arrowhead Lake Community, a Gold Star recreational community offering additional amenities for guests.
Community amenities may include:

• Billiards room
• Community events
• Seasonal rental equipment including bikes and boats
The home is approximately a 10-minute walk to Beach 3 and about a 15-minute walk to Island Pool.
Community amenities are seasonal and subject to weather, staffing and ALCA schedules. Availability and operating hours are controlled by Arrowhead Lake Community Association and cannot be guaranteed.
Guests have access to the home and property except for designated locked owner/storage areas.
Self check-in is available through keyless entry. Your access code will be sent after required community registration and rental documentation have been completed.
Driveway parking is available for up to 8 vehicles, subject to Arrowhead Lake Community vehicle-registration requirements.
Guests may use the lake and provided kayaks at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times around the lake and water.
Please note: there is currently no dock at the property. We are applying for the required permit for a future dock, but a dock is not guaranteed to be available during your stay.
Required Arrowhead Lake Community registration
All rental guests and vehicles are required to register with Arrowhead Lake Community Association.
We process the registration, and applicable payments will be requested through the booking platform.
Guests must complete the required registration and check in with the community office before arriving at the home to obtain gate and amenity access.
Failure to complete required registration and payment may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with applicable community and booking policies.

• In-season: $8.50 per person per day or $42.50 weekly
• Off-season: $2.00 per person per day

The administration/transaction fee is non-refundable regardless of cancellation.
Temporary membership fees and vehicle gate-card fees are refundable only in accordance with Arrowhead Lake Community Association policies.
These fees are charged separately because the booking platform cannot automatically calculate charges based on the number of guests age 6+ and the number of registered vehicles.
Community fees, seasonal dates and policies are established by Arrowhead Lake Community Association and are subject to change.

Lake + kayak safety
Guests use the lake and watercraft at their own risk.
Four kayaks and life jackets in various sizes are provided.
Children must never be left unattended near the water.
Anyone using a kayak or other qualifying watercraft must comply with Arrowhead Lake Community life-jacket requirements and all applicable boating rules.
Swimming areas and beaches may operate seasonally and swimming is at your own risk.
Grill, fire pit + propane
We do our best to ensure propane is available for the grill and/or fire pit, but we cannot guarantee there will be sufficient propane for the duration of every stay.
If all available tanks are empty, guests may refill or exchange an existing tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement.
Please refill or exchange the existing tank rather than purchasing an entirely new tank.
When drought, weather or other conditions create an unusual fire risk, local authorities may impose a burn ban without prior notice.
