Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Villeneuve-les-Bordes. It has a floor area of 178 m² and can accommodate up to 13 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
– A spacious 50 m² living area comprising a lounge with a television and a fireplace, a home cinema area with a video projector and access to streaming platforms, a bar area with table football, a dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 220 cm) and an en-suite shower room.
– A separate toilet.
– A utility room.
Upstairs
– A master suite with a king-size bed (180 × 220 cm) and an en-suite shower room.
– A children’s bedroom with a bunk bed sleeping three, a pull-out bed sleeping two, and an en-suite shower room with a shower and toilet.
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 220 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
– A mezzanine fitted with a double sofa bed.
– A video/cinema area with games for children.
Additional facilities
For even greater comfort, the owners also provide: a charcoal barbecue, a plancha, a high chair, a cot, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an ironing board and iron.
