In Chalautre-la-Petite, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 168 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely 36 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 600 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you !
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor :
- 36 m² living room with TV, large corner sofa, wood-burning stove and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: Study with double sofa bed
- Shower room
- Separate WC
First floor :
- Bedroom 2 : Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3 : King-size bed (180x200) and TV
- Bedroom 4 : King-size bed (180x200)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful 600 m² private enclosed garden with outdoor furniture
- A terrace in front of the house that can be accessed via the kitchen and dining room (15 m²)
- A second terrace in the open air, which can be accessed via the lounge and dining room (35 m²)
- A third terrace behind the house (35 m²)
- A fourth terrace below the second, which can be accessed via the outside staircase or the garden (35 m²).
The house is ideally located in Chalautre-la-Petite, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting in a pretty village. You will be on the doorstep of the town of Provins (a famous medieval town). You'll also be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage of the house that can accommodate one car or park for free in front of the accommodation.
