A note from Gertrude
Welcome, darlings. I'm Gertrude. I was built in 1882, and in 2014 I earned a Historic Preservation Award. I like to think I've kept up my reputation.
I've traveled a great deal, never married, and filled these rooms with good company over the years. If you want the details, just ask the fireplaces.
Upstairs you'll find two king bedrooms: the Rose Room, all soft salmon pink and morning light, and the Olive Room, with its own en-suite bathroom. Downstairs there's a parlor for lounging, a kitchen with a Wolf range, and a little Writing Room if you feel like sending a letter or an email. Out back, the hot tub awaits under the orange tree.
My home is yours for your stay. Do treat her kindly. I'll leave the gas lamp on.
