A welcome addition to the Victorian District, Howard Grande is a multilevel, two-bedroom town home just a stone's throw away from the famous Fountain at Forsyth Park.

The upstairs hosts two bedrooms, each with en suite baths. The primary bedroom boasts a King size bed, and the guest room has a Queen size bed. Add on the downstairs garden apartment by renting the full home, Howard Grand Main + Garden, for an extra Queen bedroom and full bathroom!

Stay was enjoyable and location was excellent! Near grocery , coffee, restaurants, and the park seems to always have something going on. Would suggest more than one kitchen hand towel and bath towels. Garbage disposal side was broken or not draining properly.
