The fully finished lower level offers extra space to spread out, relax, or set up a media room. Step outside to a landscaped backyard with the pool and outdoor furniture to lounge, dine, and unwind. The home is ideally located just a short walk from the Hampton Bays LIRR station and Hampton Jitney stop, and an easy stroll to the local liquor store — with the beach just minutes away. Whether you're looking for a relaxed summer escape or a home base to explore the East End, this home puts you close to everything the Hamptons have to offer.A brand new Navien on-demand hot water system allows for simultaneous hot water use throughout the home.
