About this house rental
Your first glimpse of the stunning waters of Exuma from the veranda of Vista Del Mar might just take your breath away. Enjoy the views from nearly every room, or from your private infinity pool and hot tub. Then take a plunge in the ocean from the private dock.
This beautiful home is located 2-1/2 miles north of Georgetown, at the mouth of Elizabeth Harbour and within walking distance to groceries and beverages. Hooper's bay (go see the Turtles) and Jolly-hall beach are also both nearby (.7 miles).
The main house contains two of the five bedrooms, two baths, a great room with 26 ft vaulted cypress ceiling, a chef's kitchen and a formal indoor dining room. The kitchen is complete with updated appliances including a 48” Thor commercial stove. Your chef will be pleased. (Chef services available for booking at an extra charge).
The 526 sq. ft. master bedroom, with 5 piece ensuite bathroom and spectacular views of Elizabeth Harbour is separated from the main house by a covered breezeway, allowing for more privacy.
Two more bedrooms sit poolside, each with an ensuite bathroom and fabulous views.
The entire house is air conditioned, but the ocean breezes on the veranda, pool deck, and dock are usually sublime.
The giant 78' veranda overlooks the infinity pool, hot tub & ocean and is perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings featuring stunning Harbor views.
A west facing outdoor covered dining area, with BBQ, overlooks Hoopers Bay in the distance and provides for more sheltered dining and gorgeous sunsets.
The 2000 sq. ft. deck, pool & hot tub area allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors and view any time day or night.
Outdoor seating is available for 12, lounges for 8 people.
