Kitchen with 2 refrigerators, stove, microwave, island and bar stools to accommodate 3. Decorated with Restoration Hardware furniture combined with island accents provides high-end coziness.
The kitchen contains a Keurig, percolating coffee and a Breville Barista espresso machine. The kitchen has everything you need to cook during your stay, or hire one of the island's local chefs to cook for you. Dining room table along with a round table with seating for 12 in total.

Two identical master suites with King beds. Two identical bedrooms with two queen beds in each room. 5th bedroom has a queen bed. It is the perfect villa to share with friends or family. Also includes a queen murphy bed that can be rolled into any bedroom for extra space.
King beds made up with luxurious bedding, down comforter and Egyptian duvet cover and sheets. 55" Flat screen smart TV located in each master. Baths graced with spa showers and double vanities.

This was one of our favorite family holidays. The house was everything you ask for and more, minutes from the airport and sitting directly on the beach (which almost felt like your own private beach). You didn’t need to want for anything - it was stocked with floaties (we left 12 new ones behind too), umbrellas, chairs, spike ball and more. The owners were so lovely. They helped with any questions and Prince (Property Manager)…well, I can’t tell you how magnificent he was. He helped us with any and all reservations and questions and was available for anything we were needing. Lastly, I have to call out D’Andra and her sister - they brought groceries to us twice and didn’t miss an item. This is a dream vacation for friends and families. We will be back!!!

We just returned from an amazing stay at Villa Oceania, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The home is beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and has a layout that worked perfectly for our family.The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the house was equally prepared for beach days with all the essentials you could think of. It truly felt like a home away from home.The view is absolutely stunning, and having both the pool and the beach just steps from the house was a dream. We spent our days moving back and forth between the two, which was especially great with young kids.One of the biggest perks was the location. Being less than five minutes from the airport made traveling so much easier. After a long travel day, getting to the house almost immediately was a huge win for our tired children.Lynda, the house manager, was fantastic. She helped us with groceries, transportation, reservations, and anything else we needed. She made the entire experience seamless.Kenny and Brittany were wonderful hosts - kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process.This was hands down our favorite family vacation, and we are already talking about coming back. If you're considering Villa Oceania, book it. You won't find a better combination of location, views, amenities, and hospitality!

We have booked a large number of vacation homes through the years. Upwards of 20 to 25 I would guess. This house is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to how the house is equipped. The kitchen has two of anything you could possibly need to prepare all your meals at the home if you choose. The home also has multiple beach chairs and all the beach toys you could possibly need including kayaks and paddle boards. Aside from these things the house is absolutely beautiful and on a virtually private white sand beach with the signature blue waters of Exuma. The beds were all very comfortable. The home is also conveniently located near the airport and halfway between Georgetown and Emerald Bay. We loved Villa Oceania and plan to come back again!
