Welcome to our authentic small fisherman's house of 30 m², nestled in the heart of the peaceful Village of Goërem in Gâvres (an unspoilt hamlet of only 25 houses). Located just a 2-minute walk from the sea, it is the ideal pied-à-terre for a rejuvenating stay in the fresh air.

The accommodation
Designed in the traditional spirit of the houses of the region, it is organized on two levels:

On the first floor: A warm living room combining a comfortable living room and a fitted and equipped kitchen to prepare your meals.
Upstairs: A cosy bedroom and an independent bathroom.
The exteriors
Private terrace of 21 m² facing south, perfect for your breakfasts in the sun or your moments of relaxation after the beach.
Parking: A private parking space is entirely reserved for you.
The unique "Plus": Next to the parking lot, you benefit from a shared garden space equipped with a private gate. Thanks to a key that will be entrusted to you, you have direct and privileged access to the sea.

Semi-detached: The house is semi-detached on both sides. The village of Le Goërem is an old fishing village with houses close to each other. The charm of proximity goes hand in hand with a typical neighbourhood life.

Toilet configuration: The toilet (located upstairs) is independent but very small, and the door closes from the inside. Due to this period configuration, this space is narrow and can be uncomfortable or difficult to access for people of large build.

Welcome to Gâvres, an unspoilt peninsula where time seems to stand still, and more particularly in the charming Village of Goërem. This small hamlet, made up of about twenty authentic fishermen's houses, offers a total immersion in traditional Breton life.

Here, nature is omnipresent. You are only a 2-minute walk from the sea, with privileged access to coves and beaches where you can indulge in fishing on foot, swimming or simply contemplating the seascapes. Le Goërem is renowned for its calm and authenticity, far from the hustle and bustle of the classic seaside resorts.

Gâvres, it is also an ideal starting point to explore the region. A ferryman (a small boat) takes you in a few minutes to Port-Louis, with its historic citadel, museums and lively streets. From there, you can easily reach Lorient by water bus to discover its marina, the Cité de la Voile Éric Tabarly or its famous market.

In the village and the immediate surroundings of Gâvres, you will find the essential amenities: a small grocery store, bakeries, a few restaurants offering local specialties, and of course, the possibility of tasting fresh seafood directly from the fishermen.
