The location was ideal for us. Very quiet - Except for Tuesday night and Saturday markets which were fun, but enough bars and restaurants. Fantastic place to wander around in the evening.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely location!

Great property! Very clean, all you need, comfortable and quiet. Great location, lovely little seaside port town. Owners very responsive, had thought of everything. If you sleep downstairs on the sofa bed, you may need some eye shields as it doesn't get super dark. But fine for kids sleeping there :-). Lovely spacious bathroom, good shower, towels & bed linen provided + shampoo & washing up liquid + some basic kitchen things (oil etc), tea & coffee + lovely Brittany biscuits. Very well equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and large screen TV. And all impeccably clean! And you can park your car in a very close little square, perfect! A great find, totally recommend!

A fantastic apartment for holidays in Brittany in a lovely little town close to Lorient.

the apartment is ideally located in the centre of Port Louis, which has active local shops - even in January. Great place for walking and as a base to visit the south of Brittany.

The heating in the main living room is inadequate for January weather. we were unable to get the temperature up to 19/20 C.

Great apartment, excellent location

Beautiful and tastefully designed and furnished apartment in the heart of the small and pleasant town of Port-Louis. Apartment is located on the ground floor in a small house situated between two small streets leading to the market place. Some occasional traffic on both streets, but not too disturbing. Two equally sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, both bedrooms have a window. Nice living room with kitchen and modern bathroom. The apartment was very clean, and the host is very friendly and responsive to all needs of his guests. The windows can be fixed when open (new feature!). Port-Louis is a super nice place, very relaxed, with lots of small shops (bakery, cheese shop, fish market, small grocery shop, etc.) in walking distance. The market on Saturdays is great! I recommend the restaurant La Grande Plage directly at the town beach. Great location! They serve a 3-course menu for 30 Euro per person, excellent quality and beautiful sea view.

Die Unterkunft ist hell, großzügig geschnitten, sehr modern, im Zentrum des süßen Städtchen und nah zum Strand. Eine Waschmaschine und Netflix sind auch vorhanden.

Manchmal hat es ein wenig merkwürdig gerochen, das ist wohl auch der Grund, warum ein intensives Duftöl im Apartment steht.

Bon séjour assombri par les mesure d’accès et de maintien des lieux

L’emplacement très central à proximité du port, des commerces et des fortifications. Propreté des lieux et accueil.

Tout le processus d’accès à la propriété, notamment l’obligation de signer un contrat, de mettre un dépôt de 300 eu, et nous offrir une assurance de quelques euros par jours pour garantir notre dépôt. C’est excessif comme processus et ne nous fait pas sentir chez nous. En plus toutes les instructions pour quitter alors que nous payons déjà des frais de ménage. Néanmoins nous procédons toujours selon ces instructions mais de façon volontaire. Pas besoin de nous les rentrer dans la gorge!

Le logement est conforme au descriptif Se garer a proximité est parfait ... attention de ne pas laisser son véhicule sur le parking du marché le samedi ! Logement proche du centre ville et à 10mn à pied de la Citadelle Bonne literie Je recommande

Seul bémol : la chambre est à l'étage et il n'y a pas de toilettes à l'étage ... seulement au rdc ... pas très pratique Il manquait une roulette à l'étendoir à linge ... j'ai trouvé cette dernière juste avant de partir dans le tiroir du lavabo de la salle de bain mais je n'ai pas eu le temps de la remettre !

Beaucoup de commodité dans ce joli appartement en duplex très bien situé

3 nuits passées début avril dans cet appartement en duplex, au cœur de Port Louis. L’espace cuisine séjour est assez petit. La chambre et la SDB sont de belles dimensions. Le logement est traversant, bien éclairé avec de jolies vues sur des jardins clos de murs de pierre. C’est très calme, récemment rénové avec goût, pensé pour une très bonne qualité d’usage : porte manteaux, gueridon, ustensiles de cuisine, étagères et cintres dans la chambre en nombre suffisant : c’est très appréciable. Et en plus, Port Louis et la rade de Lorient valent le voyage !

Le confort / l’espace / l’emplacement

De devoir encore passer par 2 site pour réserver un appartement, de devoir payer une caution de 300€. Je pense que les gens vont se détourner de se moyen de location, qui deviens de plus en plus compliqué, contrairement à un hôtel classique. Es ce la fin de airbnb / booking on verra bien. Mais à la base cela a était créé pour être simple et pratique c’est devenu compliqué et plus cher que l’hôtel ça ne fonctionne plus l’affaire .
