This lovely Broadmeadows three bedroom townhouse offers a welcoming base for families visiting Melbourne. The bright and warm open-plan living and dining area provides a welcoming space to relax and spend time together, with sliding doors opening onto a private paved outdoor area with an outdoor table and seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and coffee machine, making it easy to settle in and enjoy a comfortable stay.
The townhouse has a thoughtful layout, with the master bedroom and family bathroom located downstairs, while two additional bedrooms and a second family bathroom are upstairs. Split-system heating and cooling is provided throughout the house, and there is secure parking in the single-car garage with internal access, plus an additional parking space in the driveway.
The backyard is fully fenced, making it a great option for families travelling with a well-behaved dog. The combination of a secure garden, comfortable living spaces and family-friendly layout makes this townhouse a welcoming home away from home.

The area provides easy access to Melbourne Airport and the wider northern suburbs, while Melbourne's CBD is also readily accessible by public transport and road. With parks and open spaces close by, the property is a convenient and family-friendly base for exploring Melbourne and everything the surrounding area has to offer.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
