An important detail: to reach this paradise, you will need to tackle a hill. Only this elevation offers such a unique location—a face-to-face encounter with the elements, where the sea and endless coconut palms will captivate and dazzle you.

Private parking is available for two medium-sized vehicles; however, a 4-wheel-drive vehicle is essential to ensure you can make the climb in any weather, as the access road becomes slippery when it rains.
Breakfast service for your first two nights is included in the rate, giving you time to settle in. We will provide contact details for the person who manages the service so you can coordinate the best time for breakfast delivery.
Once you arrive, simply let go and relax.
Here is what awaits you:
Two pools offering distinct atmospheres:
- One designed for children or non-swimmers, with a depth of 1.20 meters.
- There is a second swimming pool—designed for more experienced swimmers—that appears to be suspended amidst nature, facing the main villa. It measures 14 meters by 5 meters, with a water depth of 1.50 meters. A large, shallow entry area allows mothers and children to enjoy this magnificent pool as well.
While the main villa is not included in the bungalow rental, guests have full access to the pool house, which is equipped with a barbecue, a sink, storage space, and a freezer.
The bungalow is arranged over two independent levels.
One bedroom is located just below the pool level (accessible via stairs) and features a sea view, a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with a toilet, a kitchenette, and a terrace with seating for two.
The upper level—situated at the same level as the large swimming pool—features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, a kitchenette, a small lounge area with a smart TV, and an outdoor seating area.
The property is equipped with a backup power system for village-wide outages; everything continues to operate normally except for the two air conditioning units, so you won't notice any disruption.
Please note:
Included in the rental rate for stays of 8 nights or more: Wi-Fi; cleaning upon arrival and departure, plus one mid-stay cleaning with a change of bed linens.
A washing machine is available for personal laundry and household linens (bath towels, pool towels, kitchen towels).
Electricity is included, except for the power used by the two-bedroom air conditioning units.
Gardener and pool maintenance services are also included.
For stays of fewer than 8 nights, housekeeping service is not provided.
Not included:
Electricity consumption for the two air conditioning units is at your expense during your stay.
A small meter tracks electricity consumption in kilowatt-hours; if you do not use the power, you do not pay.
We take meter readings upon your arrival and departure. You will be billed only for the kilowatt-hours consumed by the two air conditioning units, at the rate currently in effect in the village.
This amount is payable in cash on the day of your departure; please plan accordingly.
The rate per kilowatt-hour is 14.95 Dominican pesos.
Please note that an inspection of the property is conducted upon both your arrival and departure.
To minimize delays when you leave, a team of 2–3 people is often on hand to quickly check the linens, dishes, and all household appliances. The goal is to ensure the villa is left in the same condition for the next tenants as you found it.
Payment for any missing or broken items will be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We strive to keep this property in perfect condition for every rental to ensure everyone's comfort and well-being.

Any vehicle, scooter, Four Wheels (ATV, Quad) or any vehicle is possible.
