About this house rental

Welcome to your Puget Sound retreat! Nestled on Bainbridge Island, this private waterfront home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and easy access to the city. Whether you're here to unwind by the water, watch eagles from the deck, or explore downtown Bainbridge and Poulsbo, this home is the ideal base for your Pacific Northwest getaway.

With sweeping water views and easy access to both downtown Bainbridge and the Seattle ferry, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay.

The space
Welcome to this private, Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired waterfront retreat on Bainbridge Island, a rare find that combines true Puget Sound waterfront living with warm wood architecture and sweeping views of Agate Pass and the Olympic Mountains. Spread across three levels with room for groups of all sizes, the space features multiple living areas, a chef's kitchen, and walls of glass that frame ever-changing water views from nearly every room.

When it's time to unwind, the fun doesn't stop indoors. Challenge your group to a game of foosball, gather in the open-beam great room by the fireplace, or settle in for board games with the whole family. Then step outside to the wraparound decks, complete with infrared heaters, a firepit, and direct sandy beach access, all framed by sunsets over the Olympic Mountains. Whether you're sharing a meal by the water or gathering around the fire as the eagles settle in for the night, this is the kind of stay that makes a trip unforgettable.

This home sits at the end of a private road bordering a wildlife preserve, so plan for a quiet, secluded drive in.

>

The home is designed with connection and privacy in mind. A spacious great room anchors the main level, with open-beam ceilings, heated tile floors, and walls of glass, kept comfortable year round with air conditioning (a rare find on Bainbridge Island). The chef's kitchen flows naturally from the great room, making it easy to cook and gather at the same time, while a lower-level kitchenette gives your group even more room to spread out. An indoor/outdoor fireplace keeps things cozy on cooler evenings, and high-speed WiFi makes the home just as easy to work from as it is to relax in.

Bainbridge is an island, so ferry schedules are worth building into your travel plans, but the ride itself is part of the experience.

The property is located on a secluded dead‑end street, offering a very private backyard. The outdoor deck is furnished with a comfortable couch for watching TV, a dining table, and lounge chairs, creating a versatile space for relaxation and entertaining.
