Playa Ocotal is a peaceful black-sand beach surrounded by lush hills and calm waters. Known for its quiet atmosphere and excellent snorkeling and diving opportunities, it is the perfect destination for guests seeking relaxation while still being close to nearby towns and amenities. Near are other beaches like Playas del Coco, Playa Hermosa, Playa Panama and Peninsula de Papagayo. Just about 40 minutes drive from the International Liberia Airport in Guanacaste.

The condo features 4 bedrooms and 4 full in-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and internet access in each space. The home is spread across three levels, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy their own privacy.
The main floor is designed for gathering and easy living, it includes: Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cookware, dishes and kitchenware, kitchen island for additional preparation and seating space, dining table conveniently located near the main entrance with a view of the garden, comfortable living room with sofa and a smart TV, one bedroom with a queen-size bed and private en-suite bathroom overlooking to the outdoor areas and views of the garden
The second floor offers additional bedrooms and relaxing spaces: One bedroom with a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with a king-size bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom: laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a terrace with a nice view of the community pool, dedicated space to sit back, relax and enjoy some quiet time.
The top floor provides an extra touch of privacy and outdoor living: One bedroom with a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom, private outdoor terrace with an outdoor shower and beautiful elevated views over the community pool and garden.
Guests have access to the shared amenities within the complex, including: Community swimming pool, ranch-style common area, parking, beautiful gardens and landscaped surroundings.

Baby equipment (Pack’n Play and high chair) is available for rent upon request. Please contact us in advance to check availability.

LATE CHECK IN FEE: A $30 late check-in fee will be applied to guests arriving after 6 pm, a $50 late check-in fee will be applied after 9 pm in cash.
