House Rules & Terms of Stay:

• Hours: Check-in from 5:00 PM – Check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest

• Length of Stay: Minimum 2-night stay (for any exceptions on weekdays excluding weekends, please feel free to contact us)

• Pets: Welcome, with a €30 surcharge per pet for the stay

• Rules: You are strictly prohibited from eating in the rooms

• Respect for the neighborhood: Social gatherings with family or friends, as well as background music indoors, are welcome. However, since the property is located in a quiet village, high-powered speakers, loud parties, and raised voices outdoors are strictly prohibited, especially in the evening.



• Linens: If possible, please help our team by gathering used sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases in a single bathroom.
