The boat rack comes stocked with a 17-foot canoe, three single-person kayaks, a two-person kayak, a stand-up paddleboard, a laser sailboat, and an aluminum fishing boat with a 5HP Honda engine for guests to take out on the sparkling waters of the lake.



The property also comes with a grassy area for outdoor sports, a small beach, a gas barbecue, and a picnic table. There is also a gorgeous new lean-to and fire ring down by the water.
