Nestled in the coveted British Properties, this West Vancouver getaway estate offers an exceptional experience of Vancouver’s premier living standards. With 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this spacious home is perfect for groups, featuring a range of amenities for endless entertainment. Newly refurbished, the home combines comfort with understated elegance, offering stunning views that will leave a lasting impression.
The Space:
• Two living rooms with comfortable seating and large windows showcasing city and water views
• Fully equipped kitchen with double ovens, a large fridge, and plenty of counter space
• Four bedrooms — three with queen beds and one with a king bed
• Master bedroom includes walk-in closets and an ensuite bath with a shower and bidet
• Patio and pool deck with outdoor dining area and chaise lounges
• Half bath on the main floor plus a full laundry room with fridge and kitchenette
• Pool surrounded by landscaped gardens
• Basement with media room, 86-inch Smart TV, billiards table, and treadmill
• Private driveway and garage parking for up to three cars

The British Properties are a historical area in West Vancouver characterized by beautiful homes, cleanliness, scenic roads, and natural serenity. The views offered by the geographical layout of the area are simply breathtaking. The British Properties are just a short drive away from Ambleside, an area that provides shopping, restaurants, and other various attractions.
Getting Around:
As the British Properties are characterized by winding roads and distance, a personal vehicle is strongly recommended for your stay in this area. Uber & Lyft are available in the area as well.
Other Things to Note:
Pool Access Note
This property features a pool for guests to enjoy. However, it is not heated this season. Please note that the pool is professionally serviced on a scheduled basis to keep it clean and safe. Depending on your stay dates, you may arrive during or shortly after a scheduled service, which can occasionally mean the pool is temporarily unavailable or not yet crystal-clear on your arrival day. This is a normal part of proper maintenance and typically resolves within a short window. We can’t guarantee the pool or hot tub will be swim-ready at every moment of your stay, but we do everything we can to have it in great shape for you.
• The front gate is currently not functioning, as it stays open.
• The hot tub is currently not available for use.
• The dishwasher can occasionally leak.
• Please leave the pool robot in the pool.
