About this villa rental

Public bus stop at 26th St. and Queens Ave. (one block away) which comes once/hour or walk to Marine Dr. and buses to downtown come every 10 minutes and take only 20 minutes to get to downtown Vancouver.
The entire main house, kitchen, dining area, living room, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, sauna, and the garden patio are yours to use and there won`t be anyone else sharing it. The attached one bedroom suite is occupied by the owner. The laundry room is accessible from both main house(guests) and the one bedroom suite(the owner)
We live in a safe and quiet residential neighbourhood. Dundarave beach is a 10 minute walk away. Cypress Mountain and Grouse Mountain are 15 minutes by car. Public transit bus #251 is one block away that takes you to Park Royal Shopping center and then downtown in 20-30 minutes or Horseshoe Bay in 20 minutes.
We are located one block from the #251 bus that goes downtown. It takes about 25 minutes to get downtown, or 10 minutes to get to West Vancouver downtown.

Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am.
Please pay attention to garbage sorting and recycling.
If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be ducted from security deposit or sought after.
Missing Items / Shipping Policy
If you leave something behind after checkout, we are happy to mail it to you. A $30.00 handling fee will be charged plus the actual shipping cost. Items will be shipped only after full payment for both the handling fee and shipping fee has been received.
