The Space:
• 3 well-sized bedrooms with cozy bedding (2 kings, 1 queen)
• Two inviting living rooms with fireplaces and smart TVs
• Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a large island
• Dining area with skylights and seating for six
• Private backyard patio and balcony with mountain views
• Full bathrooms with bathtub and shower
• In-suite washer and dryer for guest use
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the main home, including the patio, balcony, kitchen, and laundry area.
Please note:
• A short stairway from the main floor is securely blocked, separating the space from a private lower-level suite that is not accessible to guests. This basement suite is reserved for the homeowners and is entirely separate.
• Only the east side of the backyard (with the outdoor table and chairs) is for guest use.
• Although the living space is private, property owners may occasionally pass through the yard.
