Upstairs, there is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with handcrafted built-in bookshelves, a sofa-bed, and TV. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with long-term parking at Northwood House and metered parking on the Esplanade or Castle Road. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Cowes is an ideal base for exploring the rest of the island, such as sandy beaches, lovely walking country, picturesque chines and many family attractions such as the The Needles and the Isle of Wight music festival.
