About this apartment rental
Well-appointed studio condo near Loon Mountain. Sleeps 2 with comfy queen bed. Unit has fully-applianced kitchenette, private Wi-Fi, electric fireplace, balcony, HDTV (ROKU w/voice-controlled remote), charging ports, indoor year-round pool/ outdoor seasonal pool, men`s & women`s sauna, jacuzzi, laundry, private river access, vending/ ice machines, ski locker. Free shuttle service to Loon ski lifts on Sun/M/F/Sat. This is a small studio (330sq ft plus balcony) but perfectly comfortable for two.
Conveniently located, walking distance to a few great restaurants, shopping, activities and the Kancamagus Highway. Private river access behind resort, 1.7 miles from Loon Mountain main entrance (Free shuttle from the Lodge during Loon Mtn ski season ). No pets allowed. Smoking is permitted only in the front parking lot gazebo.
Unit is conveniently located on the second floor close to elevator, Building C (Main entrance building)

Parking is available onsite. On-site bike rack by front entrance.

HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving
