• LEAVE KEYS on dresser when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

It was very clean, the amenities were great, and it was a cute little place. The view out the window was gorgeous, and the owner communicated very easily. We would definitely stay again!

Convenient location. Clean room . Only thing I would change is to have regular sheets instead of the flannel ones they had.
