About this house rental
Strong architectural details give this interior the unmistakable feel of a traditional Tuscan retreat. Massive exposed timber beams cross the tiled ceiling above a combined living, dining and kitchen space, where wooden furniture and framed prints complement the rustic setting. A breakfast counter separates the kitchen without closing it off, while a dining table and sofa provide distinct places for meals and downtime. An open doorway brings daylight into the room, and the swimming pool offers a refreshing setting for sunny afternoons outdoors.
Murlo is immersed in the peaceful Sienese countryside, an inviting landscape for walking, cycling and drives through wooded hills and farmland. The village’s remarkable Etruscan heritage can be discovered through its archaeological museum and historic surroundings. Siena adds grand medieval architecture and Piazza del Campo to the possibilities for a day out, while the Val d’Orcia offers hill towns, vineyards and memorable rural scenery. Tuscan trattorias nearby provide traditional dishes and regional wines.
