Duchroth, the village of vines and roses, is a municipality in the Bad Kreuznach district. It is located in the Rheingrafenstein recreational area, south of the Hunsrück, between the spa towns of Bad Kreuznach/Bad Münster am Stein and Bad Sobernheim.

This picturesque village is known for its charming atmosphere and features a beautiful historic loop trail lined with farm gardens. The Protestant church, with its onion-domed tower visible from afar, is also located directly on the circular trail and is well worth a visit. In the village center, there are still many very well-preserved half-timbered houses to see.

There are several winemakers in Duchroth. In the summer, the Dautermann wine tavern is open on select weekends.

Nestled among the surrounding vineyards and at the foot of the 340-meter-high Gangelsberg, from which you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding area, our vacation rental is an ideal starting point for marked hiking and biking trails through the region’s beautiful natural landscape. These trails are just a few minutes away.

The Lemberg is also in the immediate vicinity. It is a mountain in the Northern Palatinate Uplands on the south bank of the Nahe River between the towns of Niederhausen/Nahe, Oberhausen/Nahe, and Feilbingert, within whose municipal boundaries it lies. At 421.3 m above sea level, it is the highest point along the middle and lower reaches of the Nahe River.

In the immediate vicinity, there are many castles, such as Ebernburg, Altenbaumburg, and Kauzenburg, as well as the Montfort castle ruins and the ruins of the Disibodenberg Monastery in Odernheim am Glan, where Hildegard of Bingen spent part of her life and began her significant works.

Shopping opportunities are available in the surrounding spa towns of Bad Sobernheim (9 km), Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg (10 km), or in the beautiful town of Meisenheim (12.5 km).

There is a bakery in neighboring Odernheim (4 km).

There are also numerous recreational activities nearby, such as a movie theater, mini-golf, an outdoor pool, the Schmittenstollen, handcars, a barefoot trail, and more.

Our vacation rental has its own entrance and, at approximately 110 square meters, features a very spacious layout. The living-dining room is about 36 square meters and is furnished with a flat-screen TV, a spacious couch, and a separate dining table. The kitchen, which includes a pantry, is also about 20 square meters and is equipped with many appliances, such as a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and more. The bedrooms, measuring 18 and 16 square meters, are comfortably and conveniently furnished. All rooms are equipped with child safety covers on the electrical outlets and smoke detectors. A private parking space is also available for you in our courtyard.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
