Two bedrooms are located on this level: a queen bedroom with its own bathroom and a twin bedroom with two slightly lower than standard single beds. Upstairs, a second sitting room with fireplace and television creates a more intimate place to unwind, complemented by two further bedrooms, one with its own bathroom and another twin bedroom with standard height single beds, served by an additional bathroom. On the lower level, a games room with table tennis adds an informal space for all ages, with access towards the exterior laundry area.
