The Neighborhood:
Downtown Dubai is the city's centrepiece — home to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Dubai Fountain, all within walking distance. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard runs right past the building, lined with cafés, restaurants and pavement terraces that come alive after sunset.
Burj Park and the Wings of Mexico sculpture are a short walk away, and Dubai Opera sits at the edge of the Boulevard for evening performances. Souk Al Bahar and the waterfront promenade are close by for dinner with a fountain view.
Downtown is walkable in a way most of Dubai isn't! You can leave the car parked and reach almost everything on foot. Perfect for both business and leisure.
