הדירה מרווחת מאד, גם הסלון/מטבח, גם החדרים וגם חדרי הרחצה.הדירה גם מצויידת בכמעט הכל (חוץ ממכונת אספרסו קפסולות , היה הכל). נוף יפה מקומה 25 , קרוב למרכז (אם כי בדובאי נוסעים לכל מקום), חניה מסודרת.קבלו אותנו כשהגענו מאוחר והסבירו ועזרו.
אפשר להוסיף מכונת אספרסו קפסולות. זה כבר די סטנדרטי.רצוי לשים מלח /פלפל כדי לא להריץ את האורח לקנות

Wij kwamen midden in de nacht aan. Ondanks dat verwelkomde de heer Normy ons hartelijk en legde alles over de accommodatie rustig uit. Fijn dat er een parkeergarage bij de prijs is inbegrepen. Eetgelegenheden en een buurtsuper om de hoek/in de naaste omgeving.
Het appsysteem i.p.v. de sleutel is handig, maar let op dat je dus altijd een opgeladen mobiel hebt :). Ondanks de Keyless app heb je ook nog pasjes nodig. Dat vind ik wat dubbel, Jammer dat je geen gebruik van het zwembad kunt maken, dat is voorbehouden aan de vaste bewoners van het gebouw.

Çalışanları çok kaba , temizlik çok kötü , binanın alarm sistemleri sürekli ve alakasız çalıyor ve rahat edemedik 3 gece yarısı dışarı çıkmak zorunda kaldık,
