• Guests will have access to the full apartment other than a few small
supply closet (s) and shared outdoor yard. The space is all yours to enjoy, including the washer/dryer!
• Parking is available on the street with no permit required. Please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed.
• Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee, depending on our cleaning schedule. If you need guaranteed early arrival or late departure, we recommend booking the night before or after your stay.
Please remember you’re staying in a person’s house, not a hotel.
Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have.
If any problems arise, We will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note there is nobody living on-site 24/7.

At the heart of the neighborhood is the Garfield Park Conservatory, one of the nation’s most breathtaking botanical spaces, a must-visit for plant lovers and photographers alike.
The surrounding area is walkable and transit-friendly, but as with many urban neighborhoods, some streets may feel less welcoming at night. We recommend staying aware and planning routes accordingly.

Free street parking is available. You’re just a short walk to multiple bus lines and about 6 minutes from the Green Line, perfect for exploring downtown or getting to Airport. Ride shares and bike-friendly streets make moving around a breeze.

• You’ll need to climb stairs one floor to get to the unit
• The unit has one bathroom, which is best suited for smaller groups or travelers who don’t mind sharing.
• Please also note that because the building is vintage, you will hear some noise from the upstairs neighbors and occasionally from passersby's, household noises such as footsteps or dog barking. While most guests find this minimal, it may not be ideal for extremely light sleepers. We provide a white noise machine that will cover most of the noise for the lightest sleepers
• We constantly refreshing the furnishings and some items might look different from the photos when you arrive. New photos coming soon!
• There’s still plenty of nearby parking available. Just make sure to read all posted signs carefully.
• Yard access is shared with the neighboring unit, meaning they may have their dogs present
