The accommodation includes one second-floor double bedroom with sea views and a second-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, along with a cloakroom with basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a front non-enclosed sitting area with a table and chairs plus sea views. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub, cafe, art gallery and beach 0.1 miles, Exmouth beach 3.6 miles. Parking in village car park, payable on site. Alongside is a charming waterside base for exploring Lympstone, the Exe Estuary and the wider Devon coastline.
