Tucked beneath live oaks and palms in Sarasota’s historic Indian Beach neighborhood, west of the Trail, Indian Beach Hammock invites you to settle in and stay awhile. This thoughtfully renovated, single-story home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and comfortable accommodations for six.
Begin with coffee on the cedar-ceiling front porch. Spend an afternoon in the hammock, gather for dinner beneath the tiki pavilion, or settle into your private cinema. Here, the house is part of the vacation.
SPACE TO GATHER
The chef’s kitchen features a generous 32-square-foot quartz island, premium appliances, and plenty of room to prepare meals together. A coffee station makes slow mornings easy, while a dedicated pantry and full-size washer and dryer bring convenience to longer stays.
For quieter moments, the Reading Room offers garden views, books, and vintage Sarasota photographs—a welcoming corner for conversation, cards, or an afternoon with a favorite book.
YOUR PRIVATE CINEMA
Dim the lights and enjoy the 98-inch screen, theater seating, and oversized beanbag. A stand-up arcade features 14 classics, including Pac-Man and Galaga. A PlayStation 4 is also available; bring your own games.
TVs have Roku streaming, so guests can sign in to their own accounts. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace help you stay connected when needed.
OLD FLORIDA OUTDOOR LIVING
The Seminole-built cypress and palm-thatch tiki pavilion is a natural gathering place, with an outdoor TV for game nights and easy evenings beneath the palms.
Enjoy the propane grill, relax in the hammock, or gather around the firepit beneath the mango trees as softly illuminated pathways light the grounds. Seven mature mango trees and a magnificent live oak give the property its established tropical character. A professionally installed insect misting system helps reduce nuisance insects outdoors.
REST WELL
The primary bedroom features a Leesa Legend Chill Hybrid king mattress and an adjoining bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The queen bedroom and twin bedroom feature DreamCloud mattresses. Parachute percale sheets and white duvet covers bring inviting comfort to all three rooms.
A Pack ’n Play and folding high chair are available for younger guests.
