Welcome to The Holiday House — your laid-back Lake Gaston getaway!
Tucked inside the Lake Gaston Estates community, our cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bath home sleeps up to 6 guests and makes a comfortable home base for lake days, family weekends, and relaxing getaways.
Guests have access to the community recreation area featuring a boat ramp, day-use docks, roped swimming area and beach, playground, picnic shelters, and restrooms. Bringing your own golf cart? The neighborhood also offers approximately 100 acres of wooded golf-cart trails to explore.
Bringing a boat? Guests have access to the community boat ramp and day-use docks. A private overnight boat slip may also be available for an additional fee—ask us when booking.
Back at the house, you'll find two separate living areas—one with a large Smart TV and another with games, books, and an arcade console. Outside, enjoy the fenced backyard, covered outdoor space, picnic table, fire pit, and cornhole.
The home has three bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a full-size bed—and sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Bed and bath linens are provided.
We welcome up to two dogs with the applicable pet fee, so your four-legged family members can come along too.
During the warmer months, paddleboards and life jackets are available May through October, and the community swimming area includes a floating Otter Island raft.
