About this apartment rental

This Gulf View unit has tile throughout common areas, 2 full size sofas and a leather recliner. The kitchen has new granite counter tops and new vanities in both bathrooms, as well new paint and upgraded lighting. Enjoy new flat panel TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, DVD and CD player in the living room, and a beautiful rod-iron dinette with seating for 4. This unit has a King and 2 Twin size beds. Relax and take in the beautiful sunset on your balcony that overlooks the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fourth trip to HotS, first time in this unit (314). Excellent views. Clean, newer appliances. Round glass (scratched) dining table was a minor negative. Lacking in pillow quality and extra blankets, and could use a recliner (or ottoman) in the main room. Overall, the HotS property is excellent, familiar and comfortable, in a great location.
