Treat yourself to one of the newest complexes on Siesta Key with stunning gulf views and numerous amenities. Our Crescent Siesta Key condo pampers guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms full of high-end amenities. The condo is ideal for a group of six as it provides an open floor plan so everyone can relax and enjoy their time together. Experience luxury gulf side living and make this your next vacation getaway.
Upon walking in, guests are greeted with the open living and dining room surrounded by high glass windows letting the Florida sunshine in. The living room offers two comfy couches, a leather chair and console with a large flat screen TV, making it the perfect spot to watch a movie after a day at the beach. Meals can be enjoyed around the dining room table for six, or if in a hurry to grab a quick bite before heading to the beach, three barstools can be found lined up at the kitchen counter.
Before you kick back on one of the two balconies, familiarize yourself with the well-equipped kitchen. The updated white cabinetry, warm granite countertops and sleek black appliances provides a space that is both beautiful and functional. A drip coffee maker and Keurig are provided to jump start your day, as well as numerous cooking essentials such as a toaster, blender, pots and pans, cookware, and more.
For those who cannot get enough of the gulf breeze, venture out to one of the two balconies. The main balcony can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom. Take in the view of the gulf while relaxing on the two lounge chairs. Enter the second balcony from the sliding glass door in both guest bedrooms. The outdoor grill and dining table for six makes for a fun evening eating al-fresco.
When it's time to retire, head to the master bedroom through the main balcony or living room. This bedroom hosts Tommy Bahama furnishings with a king bed, dresser, and chair. Your nighttime routine will feel luxurious as the bathroom has a clawfoot bathtub, large walk-in shower, granite vanity with two sinks and soft towels.
The rest of your party will enjoy their stay in the other two bedrooms. The second bedroom holds two queen beds, large dresser, SMART TV and private access to the balcony. The third bedroom has sturdy twin bunks, nightstand, and private access to the balcony as well. The guest bathroom is close by and is equipped with a nice walk-in glass shower, granite vanity and sink.
The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. Guests are provided one spot of private parking, WIFI, cable, beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach, and some of the best views of Siesta Key.

The property was beautiful, the multiple patio concept was amazing, and three bedrooms a plus. Had a few issues with a toilet and oven door that were remedied immediately. There was a major roof construction job that we were not informed of until check -in, early morning pounding until later afternoon, was difficult to relax or sleep in. Suggestion that the 3rd bedroom have single beds instead of bunk beds. Beautiful beach and lovely condos.

The unit was everything that was advertised …close to restaurants, shopping & the bridge. The added security of the property was also a plus. Would stay there again. 5 stars The main pool was being repaired the entire time of visit. I understand the problem of permits and parts not available.

We recently stayed at the beach condo that felt more like a resort than just a typical vacation rental. The condo was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and had all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, and the living room had a comfortable couch and a large TV with plenty of channels to choose from.
The best part of the condo was definitely the two balconies one overlooking the beach. The other with a grill overlooking the pool. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee. The complex itself had 2 pools, hot tub, and even a fitness center that we took advantage of during our stay.
The location of the condo was also ideal - just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were able to easily explore the area without having to drive everywhere.
Overall, I would highly recommend this beach condo to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. It truly felt like a resort experience and we can't wait to come back again.

great location but we were very disappointed with the 3rd bedroom. Blinds were inadequate and the morning sun was blinding and very hot. we had to sleep on the couch.
