Excellent Location and Comfortable Apartment, but Extremely Disappointing Management I would like to share my experience of staying at these apartments. The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is comfortable. Nothing particularly special, but it meets the standards you would expect from accommodation in this category. The apartment is clean, modern, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The residential complex is very good, with shops, easy access to taxis, and one of the best restaurants in the area located right next door. The historic city centre is only a 10-minute walk away, and there is also a shopping mall nearby. Location: 10/10. Apartment: 8/10. I stayed here for five days with my two children. One practical inconvenience worth mentioning is that we were provided with only one set of keys, despite there being three of us. This was extremely inconvenient, as whenever one of us returned separately, someone else had to go downstairs to open the door. For an apartment accommodating several guests, I would expect a more practical arrangement. However, the biggest disappointment was the absolutely appalling management and customer service. Throughout our five-day stay, communication with the management was practically nonexistent. Reaching the manager was almost impossible, either by phone or through Booking.com messages. Our flight was rescheduled to 9 p.m., so I contacted the management well in advance through Booking.com, explained the situation, and asked whether we could pay for an additional night in order to stay in the apartment until the evening. For two entire days, nobody bothered to respond. I tried calling countless times, probably close to a hundred attempts, with absolutely no success. Finally, late in the evening, the manager answered the phone and casually said, “Oh, sorry, the apartment is already booked, but you can stay until 12 noon.
