That said, the apartment itself is truly beautiful, extremely clean, modern, and very high-tech, offering every possible comfort. The quality of the accommodation is definitely the property’s strongest point. Overall, the experience was positive, but there are too many steps involved in the access procedure, which should be simplified. A practical improvement would be to place key lock boxes at the entrance of the building or implement a more straightforward access system to make arrival much smoother.

I stayed at Lam Metropolis and I believe it is fair to clarify a few points that may be useful for future guests. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM, with no flexibility unless an extra fee of €10 per hour is paid for early check-in or late check-out. A security deposit of €100 is also required at the time of booking, which personally I had never encountered before despite traveling extensively across Europe. The access procedure to the property is quite long and not very intuitive. First, you need to stop the car in front of the building and make a phone call to open the main gate. Once inside, you must go to the reception desk to present your reservation. After that, access is granted and you have to find the apartment on your own. Once inside the apartment, the keys are left on the table; however, the apartment can only be accessed from 4:00 PM onwards. You then need to go back down to park the car. I strongly recommend watching the instructional video several times: it took me almost ten minutes to locate parking space number 21.

Виникли непорозумінні з поверненням депозиту! Було це неприємно! Не має вішака для душа. Було дуже не зручно приймати душ. В туалеті не має ні витяжки, ні освіжувача повітря! Самі купували серветки і туалетний папір. На кухні взагалі не має рушників. В спальні був чорний великий абажур над ліжком. Це жах!
