Home away from home
The place is cozy , modern and super clean, lots of light, big confortable bed, big and pretty bathroom, big kitchen with all the necessary items which was very convenient since we had to have dinner in most of the time because of bad weather... Main street with shops and restaurants is 25 min walk but instead you have a little forest just 3 blocks from the apartment. The host was super accommodated and kind. We really enjoy our stay and would come back to casa di Simone if in Viareggio.

The whole property. Location was good to reach the shops. 1,3 km to the promenade and up to 2 km to get to the beach (but accessible on foot, by bike or by car). Parking. Communication with the property owner who provided us with all information and also some tips (eating - pizza, pasta, etc. and of course ICE CREAM). for ICE CREAM you need to visit GELATO LABORATORIUM, which is about 1,4 km from the property :-) very good conditions for running :-) in the property the equipment was also all what we needed.
