The property was clean, spacious, and very close to a supermarket. It also includes dedicated parking, and the owner was highly responsive.
Although the listing states the property has air conditioning, there is only one portable unit. When we arrived, the temperature inside was 31°C, and the single unit wasn't enough to cool the whole space. The owner was very kind and gave us instructions on how to use it, but it still didn't suffice, requiring us to keep a window open 24/7 to manage the heat.

Eenvoudig maar ruim verblijf met eigen parkeerplaats. Lift aanwezig, duidelijk instructie en eigenaar goed bereikbaar.
Er staat maar 1 mobiele airco, dit is niet genoeg voor het volledige appartement

prezzo e posizione, sala grande per mangiarci effettivamente in 6, balcone grande, vicino a Conad e altri servizi effettivamente comodi
il 6° letto ( avevamo effettivamente prenotato per 6 ) era una sorta di "brandina" sfondata, non un divano letto come indicato nella descrizione
