Downtown Nashville! Balcony with Pool Side View and FREE Parking!

I was one of the first ones to book this place, and I'm really glad I did. The location is incredible, the host is always fast responding and very cooperative, and the place itself is just very very good. It's clean, high quality, tidy and comfortable. The neighborhood seems pretty safe as well, you can come back on foot at 3AM after a fun night on Broadway without ever feeling uncomfortable. The free street parking was always available, even though I didn't use the car much. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I'm in Nashville.

Honestly I can't think of one thing I didn't like about this place. Literally no complaints during my stay.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary trip to Nashville, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The apartment was perfect, and the location was unbeatable. We were within walking distance of Broadway, great restaurants, and just minutes from everything Nashville has to offer. What really made our stay special was our host, Josh. He was incredibly helpful, gave us some great recommendations, and checked in throughout our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s those little things that make a great stay even better. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and helped make our anniversary trip one we’ll always remember. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!
