Green Paradise Lodge

We had a really lovely stay here, The room was spotlessly clean, fresh and comfortable, and the views were beautiful. From the second floor, you can look out over the green paddy fields and a little stream nearby. It was so peaceful just sitting there listening to the water. One of our favourite parts was making a cup of tea in the little kitchen in the morning while enjoying the view. We even spotted peacocks dancing in the paddy fields, which was lovely to see. The food was fantastic too, everything was freshly made and really tasty. We tried the pineapple milkshake, and it was honestly one of the best I've had in Sri Lanka. The whole place had that lovely Sri Lankan countryside feel I'd seen in travel videos before coming here. So much greenery, fresh air and just the sounds of nature. It was exactly what we'd hoped for, somewhere quiet to switch off and relax.

One of my best experiences in the Southern Province. The location is so beautiful and peaceful, with paddy fields and a small stream nearby. We really enjoyed our evening walks along the lovely road surrounded by paddy fields. It was honestly one of the most beautiful walks I’ve ever had. In the morning, we could see buffaloes, peacocks and birds, and hear their sounds. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and smelled really fresh. The owners were so kind and friendly and even showed us around their village, including a beautiful temple with a huge rock. The Sri Lankan food was absolutely delicious, and we got to try so many different dishes. Restaurants are also nearby it was a really interesting experience
