The cozy living area features a comfortable corner couch, perfect for unwinding. A dining area offers plenty of space for breakfast together or cozy meals.
The kitchen is practically equipped and features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. This way, you can cook to your heart’s content even while on vacation.
A special highlight is the spacious, approximately 20 m² southeast-facing balcony. With its own beach chair and a view of the greenery, it offers a wonderful spot for breakfast in the fresh North Sea air or for relaxing in the sun.
For restful nights, there is a separate, quiet bedroom with a double bed and a closet. The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Visitor’s Tax
As a landlord or rental agency, we are required, on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven, to collect the applicable visitor’s tax and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price for handling and processing the transaction.

Hinweis: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. If you’d like, you can easily add a bed linens and towels package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following starter kit for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/ reusable bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
