The studio is approximately 20 m² (215 sq ft) and accommodates up to two guests. It features a 135 cm (53 in) double bed, a compact private bathroom, a kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, a dining and workspace area, fiber Wi-Fi, and a modern split system providing both air conditioning and heating. It is particularly well suited for stays of two weeks or longer.
From the apartment, you can easily explore Gran Vía, Chueca, Malasaña, Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Cibeles, and many of Madrid’s museums and cultural attractions on foot. Excellent public transportation connections also make it easy to reach Atocha Station, the airport, IFEMA, and the rest of the city.

The apartment has a compact layout and characteristic sloped ceilings, including some low sections. The private bathroom is also small and designed to make efficient use of the available space. Hot water is supplied by a compact tank, so shorter showers and a brief pause between consecutive showers are recommended.
