Luxury apartments located right on GRAN VIA, designed by the prestigious architectural firm Ce estudio. The firm is led by architect Carmen Luque Espejo, who specializes in the design and optimization of unique spaces in unbeatable locations. Of particular note is the interior design of each apartment, as well as its thematic décor, which represents a different city around the world in each one.
Gran Vía is one of the main streets in the Spanish city of Madrid. It begins at Calle de Alcalá and ends at Plaza de España. It has been a major landmark in the city since its construction in the early 20th century from a commercial, tourist, and recreational standpoint. In terms of entertainment, it is famous for its movie theaters, although in recent years some have closed and others have been converted into musical theaters, which is why the stretch between Plaza del Callao and Plaza de España is known as “Madrid’s Broadway.” The section between the San Luis Market and Plaza del Callao is currently home to numerous stores belonging to international fashion chains.
You can reach all the points of interest in the city center on foot, but if you’d rather not walk, you can take the metro or a taxi.

OCCUPANCY: Only registered guests (including children).

INTERNET: Use of Wi-Fi is the sole responsibility of the guest.

QUIET HOURS: Mon–Fri: 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM | Holidays: 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Show absolute respect for neighbors in common areas and on terraces.
🧹 CHECK-OUT AND DAMAGE
CLEANING: Tidy up the kitchen, wash dishes, and take out the trash.
DAMAGES: Broken items or lost keys will be charged to the security deposit.
CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM | CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM.
