Built in 2005, Villa Marlen awaits you in a prime beachfront location between the imperial spa towns of Heringsdorf and Bansin. Direct access to the promenade and the beach, stylishly furnished vacation apartments, and an on-site communal sauna provide the perfect setting for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. Both imperial seaside resorts, with their piers, restaurants, and cafés, are within easy walking distance.

Villa Marlen App. 01 Modern vacation home with a balcony
The modern and tastefully furnished Apartment 01 is located on the mezzanine floor of Villa Marlen, built in 2005, and offers approximately 37 m² of space for up to three adults and one child up to 6 years old (one child up to 6 years old stays free of charge). The apartment impresses with its well-thought-out layout, stylish furnishings, and private balcony. It is accessible via elevator and is wheelchair-accessible.
The open-concept living area forms the centerpiece of the apartment. Here you’ll find a cozy dining area as well as a comfortable sitting area with a sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm), which can be used as an extra bed for the third and fourth guests. The living area offers direct access to the balcony. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.
The open-concept kitchenette is fully equipped and features a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious closet. The modern and spacious bathroom, filled with natural light, features a shower and toilet.
A special perk of Villa Marlen is its private access to the promenade and the beach. A lockable bicycle storage room is available for bicycles. A coin-operated washing machine is located in the house and can be used for a fee.
Your four-legged friend is also welcome—a maximum of one dog is allowed per stay.
A private parking space on the property is available free of charge for your car.
During the cooler months, the villa’s free communal sauna invites you to relax. It is open from November 1 through April 30 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Afterward, several lounge chairs are available for resting and relaxing.
Upon arrival, a deposit of €50.00 is required for the remote control of the entrance gate; this deposit will be refunded when the remote control is returned.

Check-in is available from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
