About this apartment rental
Our Ground Floor Apartment 2 measures approximately 54 square meters and features a fully equipped kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven with built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
In the cozy living room, you can relax on the sofa and armchair or at the large dining table with 4 chairs and an internet-enabled flat-screen TV. From the dining room, you can step out onto your private terrace for even more open space.
The two separate bedrooms each feature a double bed (160x200 cm), an internet-enabled TV, and a wardrobe. The bathroom, which receives natural light, features a shower, toilet, sink, radio, heated towel rack, hair dryer, and cosmetic mirror.
Wi-Fi and parking are included. A high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Unfortunately, due to space constraints, a crib cannot be provided.
The apartment was freshly renovated and modernly furnished in 2021–2022.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in this apartment for a fee.

In Germany’s sunniest region, we offer 12 renovated apartments for 2 to 4 people that can be booked flexibly. We’ve also got you covered for getting around: parking spaces right next to the building and lockable bicycle storage are available free of charge.
Apartments 1, 2, and 3 were tastefully modernized in 2022, and apartments 5 through 12 were modernized in 2025. Apartment 4 underwent a partial renovation in 2025.
In apartments 1–5, 7, and 8, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee. The dog beach is located just 800 meters away toward Bansin.
Experience the healthy seaside climate, stroll along the lively beach promenade or through beautiful nature reserves, and enjoy the unique seaside resort architecture of the Kaiserbad. Visit the Heringsdorf pier, which is within walking distance, and the Usedom Baltic Sea Spa is also just a few kilometers away.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
